Welcome to CreateGiftWebsite ("we", "us"). By using this website to create, preview, purchase, or share an interactive birthday journey, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

CreateGiftWebsite lets you build a personalized, interactive web experience and publish it as a private shareable link and QR code after a one-time payment.

2. Accounts

You sign in with Google to save and manage your journeys. You are responsible for keeping access to your Google account secure. You must be old enough to enter a binding contract in your country.

3. Payment

• Publishing a journey requires a one-time payment, shown at checkout, processed by Razorpay.
• A journey is only published after a successful, verified payment.
• Prices are in INR and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of the text and images you upload. You grant us a limited license to store and display that content solely to operate the journey you created. You confirm you have the right to use any photos or text you add, and that your content is lawful and does not infringe others' rights.

5. Acceptable use

• No illegal, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, or infringing content.
• No attempts to break, overload, or reverse-engineer the service.
• We may remove content or suspend access that violates these Terms.

6. Shareable links

A published journey is accessible by anyone who has its link. Treat the link as you would any private URL. The optional PIN is a playful gate, not a security guarantee.

7. Disclaimer & liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the journey in question.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.
