Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to be happy with your journey. Because you can fully preview the entire experience for free before paying, please review it carefully before you publish.

Digital product

Publishing a journey delivers a digital product (a hosted, shareable experience) immediately after payment. As a result, payments are generally non-refundable once a journey is published.

When we will refund

  • You were charged but the journey was not published due to a technical fault on our side.
  • You were charged more than once for the same journey (duplicate payment).
  • A verified payment failure where the product was not delivered.

How to request

Email adibiwebtech@gmail.com within 7 days of payment with your Order ID and Payment ID (shown on your success page). We respond within 3–5 business days, and approved refunds are returned to the original payment method via Razorpay.

Cancellations

This is a one-time purchase, not a subscription — there is nothing recurring to cancel. You can delete a published journey from your dashboard at any time, but deletion does not entitle you to a refund except in the cases listed above.
